Senior Director - Clinical Operations
Dr. Benhabib is a board-certified therapeutic medical physicist with over a decade of clinical experience. Sidi earned his master’s and doctorate degrees in medical physics from East Carolina University in 2011, followed by a residency at the Hazelrig and Salter Cancer Center at the University of Alabama in Birmingham in 2014. His clinical focus is on providing safe and advanced treatment to cancer patients. Sidi is highly dedicated to improving workflow, optimizing processes, and implementing artificial intelligence solutions. His main passion involves advancing patient care through innovative treatment methods. Sophisticated planning processes, and the seamless integration of state-of-the-art technologies.
Mr Marshall is a board-certified therapeutic dosimetrist with decades of clinical and industry experience. Spencer joined RPS Oncology after 19 years at Elekta. His positions at Elekta included Application Support (TPS), Application Support Manager (TPS), Director of Application Support – GPS (TPS & OIS), Director of Product Management (TPS & OIS), Director of Research Clinical Liaisons ( TPS). Spencer has extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting, software development, Research prototype development (MRL, Auto Plan, software vision and roadmap, agile development, In clinic, he specialized in external beam planning, stereotactic cone planning and treatment delivery, prostate seed planning and OR assistance, HDR planning and treatment delivery, and MOSAIQ administrator.
Mr Conduah attended Concordia College in Moorhead, MN and Minnesota State University Moorhead. He received a bachelor's degree in physics and mathematics, followed by a master's degree in medical physics and biophysics from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Mr. Conduah has over 15 years proven record of accomplishment across multiple award-winning hospitals and clinics in the United States, in various clinical physics and managerial roles. He has extensive experience with all radiation oncology modalities and vendors. Mr Conduah is also an American Society of Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) accreditation surveyor for their practice accreditation program (APEX) program. Mr Conduah is also a director – advisor healthcare group for the Adomi Group PLLC; a premier International law firm with a public and global policy group that provides solutions to the world's most pressing challenges.
